Dvir joined justAd in October 2013 to lead the marketing efforts of the veteran advertising company. Founded in 2009 with offices in Tel Aviv and NYC, justAd develops the leading self-service advertising platform for the creation, distribution and analysis of rich-media mobile ads. As head of marketing, Dvir is responsible for drafting the company marketing strategy and day-to-day execution across all disciplines.
As the head of marketing, Dvir was responsible for building and executing the marketing plan of Onavo from day one, now a world-renowned start-up, with hundreds of press mentions, winner of 5 international awards and over a million downloads.
Dvir focused on two equally important audiences of the mobile scene: users and the media, working both in-bound and out-bound with various stakeholders. Daily operations ranged from brand management, corporate identity and messaging, user satisfaction and overall retention, to cultivating ambassadors and evangelists within the Onavo community and generating constant press coverage.
Other responsibilities included organic and paid acquisition, app store optimization, digital and social campaigns, customer care center, product launch plans, beta programs and more.
As VP Sales & Marketing Dvir was responsible for leading the company’s marketing efforts and building a pipeline of sales opportunities among enterprise and SMB customers.

Dvir was the focal point for everything that is Lotus Software in the Israeli market.

IBM Forum Israel serves as the Event and Exhibition Center for IBM Israel and its Business Partners (BPs). In the capacity of Marketing Manager, Dvir was responsible for the on-going operations of the center, leading a team of three marketing professionals, working primarily with BPs. Usual office day would include meetings with a BP’s marketing manager and/or CEO, presenting a business proposal for advertising and exposure, working with the local team on the appearance and design and managing the yearly budget ($250k).
As Internal Communications Manager Dvir was responsible for the online presence of IBM – the public website, ibm.com/il and the corporate intranet. In that capacity Dvir worked with the marketing teams on crafting IBM’s public message, design and UI, campaign management, content writing and editing, technical support and interactive work with the ad agencies.
From the internal communications aspect, Dvir built annual communication plans, to support IBM’s message and strategies, worked with local executives and worldwide teams on campaigns and viral activities and was a moderator and subject matter expert on several global online jams (collaborationjam.com).
Dvir’s first job at Big Blue was Intranet Editor, responsible for all the content available on the corporate site. In fact, Dvir built the site from scratch, and has grown with it along the years.
As Intranet Editor Dvir was responsible for conveying IBM’s message to the employees, by supported worldwide initiatives, creating local campaigns and working closely with the general manager and senior leadership on executive communications.
